Role
We're looking for a Lead/Senior Product Designer to join our team.
We’re a design-led company: our clients (users) are aesthetically driven, and we have a high bar for what our product looks and feels like.
We're looking for a product designer skilled in UX/UI with incredible attention to detail and a curious growth mindset.
What will you do as a Product Designer?
- Build a set of product design principles to reflect our design-led brand and value proposition
- Craft every detail of the Visualist experience, from idea to UX to pixel-perfection
- Engage closely with our users to understand what they need, want, love, and hate
- Work cross-functionally with the CEO and other team members to communicate priorities
- Run design sprints, user research surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Identify how our community is using Visualist and proactively help them achieve maximum value.

- No-code client hubs
- Better colour recognition and colour search
- NLP-powered conversational UI
- ‘Grammarly for creatives’

- You have 4+ years of product design experience
- You have experience of working in startups

- The role is London-based (Farringdon) but offers flexible working.
- The role is full-time.

- Phase 2 (90-min, video call): We’ll schedule another video call to chat about your experience and past projects, particularly when it comes to senior/managerial roles.
- Phase 3 (90-min, in-person meeting): We'll invite you for an in-person meeting for the final round and for you to meet other members of the team. It's also a chance for you to get a sense of the team and our office environment.
- If all goes well, we'll make you an offer conditional upon reference checks.
