    What is the role?

    Having just closed a Series A round, we’re in the rapid scale up stage of our journey and have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager to join our team.

    Owning all aspects of demand-generation, this role will offer the opportunity to work across departments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This means priorities will change, but commitment to delivering against targets will not.

    This is a high growth role reporting directly into the Chief Growth Officer, with clear head room to develop into a Head of Demand Generation. Future CMO’s are very welcome to apply!

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy, from awareness to lead gen to revenue.
    • Designing integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in both quantity and quality of MQLs and SQLs, ultimately delivering revenue impact.
    • Own lead nurture and scoring. Work with sales to ensure timely and appropriate follow up with SQLs.
    • Working as the initial channel manager across email, social and paid. Build lead gen by taking a data-driven, test and learn approach.
    • Support new hires and shape the team as we bring aboard individuals to own each channel.
    • Working closely with the content and wider marketing team to develop and execute webinars, events, trade shows, content marketing, PR and product launches.
    • Working closely with the sales team to identify and target major customer needs. Deliver against these through ABM (for major accounts) and wider marketing campaigns (for mass market).
    • Analyse, report and optimise all demand generation programmes based on ROI to senior management. Own demand generation elements of our CRM, ensuring our data feeds are accurate and accessible.

    You should apply if:

    • You have ambitions to grow and lead a Demand Gen team, as head of department or even a future CMO!
    • 2-4 years’ experience working in a demand generation or related role, with results to show for it already
    • Strong academic record to degree level, preferably in a written or marketing discipline from a top-tier university
    • You are ambitious with a desire to be the best in the career you choose
    • You have exceptional written word
    • Experience and sector are secondary in our process, we’re looking for talented hungry people that want to make a big impact
    • Experienced with a range of MarTech platforms including Hubspot and Google Analytics
    • Experience working with SaaS, DaaS or data products is a bonus

    What do we offer?

    • £35k-£45k salary dependent on experience

    • Hybrid working: our office is on the Strand open to all staff but we operate a hybrid model. Typically this involves two days in the office, but we take individual working styles and preferences into account.
