We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic junior content creator to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and educational content across our owned channels, reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and execute a range of content to be used across our digital channels (social media, blog & email).
• Collaborate with our design team to brief and execute campaign assets.
• Create content that resonates with our community and customers whilst also supporting commercial/business goals.
• Develop creative ideas and suggest new and innovative ways to present our mission and values.
• Keep up to date with new digital marketing trends for us to test.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance of digital channels to help inform future activities.

Must-haves

• Experience creating engaging content across social media and website.
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetic.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience of video production and basic editing skills (preferably using PremierPro or similar).

Desirable

• A passion for sustainable living and eco-friendly alternatives.
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
