    The Role

    The aim of the internship is to support our Operations team to provide the best customer experience possible by delivering excellent service and making sure boxes are always in the right place.

    • Communicating with customers thorugh phone, email, and live chat. 
    • Working with the Operations Manager to develop relationships with couriers.
    • Tracking boxes and making sure our data is correct.


    The Candidate

    We're seeking an anthusiastic intern to join our team for the summer. As a customer service intern, you will be responsible for communicating with our student customers and ensuring that they have a smooth and positive experience. You will be the main point of contact for students who have questions or concerns about their stored items, and you will be responsible for providing prompt and helpful responses.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Organised and detail-oriented.
    • Is computer literate and happy to learn to use new technologies.
    • Shows initiative when helping customers & improving Kit Keeper functions.
    • Is confident and engaging when speaking to customers.
    • Fluent in English and preferably speaks a second language.
