About the Role:
We're on the lookout for aMarketing Executive who's passionate about email marketing and organic social media. If you're data-driven, eager to learn, and excited about using AI in marketing, then we'd love to hear from you! This is an awesome opportunity for a recent graduate looking to dive into the world of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Create and manage organic social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Take ownership of growing and building the eola community
- Analyse and report on the performance of email marketing and organic social campaigns, using data to optimise future initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and actively explore the use of AI-driven marketing tools to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with our fractional head of marketing to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with the company's goals
- Work closely with the sales team to create lead nurturing campaigns and support lead generation efforts
Requirements:
- Very ambitious, hard work ethic, technically literate, data driven
- A keen interest in startups and technology wants a career in disruptive technology
- A 'Get stuff done' mentality, operates with ownership and accountability
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or 1-2 years digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, SendGrid) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to analyse data to inform campaign optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
- A strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in the realm of AI-driven marketing
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for the outdoors!
