The role has three pillars

1) DATA ANALYTICS AND OPERATIONS

- Day to day operations and data management 

- Customer data analysis, cohort analysis

- Data-driven operational improvements, supply chain management 

2) CUSTOMER SERVICE

- First point of contact for customers

- The best support to our customers throughout their journey with V&Me

3) SPECIAL PROJECTS

- Ownership of ad-hoc tasks

- Solving scomplex challenges alongside the rest of the team
