    Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at CloudEdge-IT, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and establish strategic partnerships, generate leads, and close deals. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with our company goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients and strategic partners through market research, networking, and cold outreach
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations
    • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and close business deals
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
    • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business development processes and strategies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
    • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and their business applications is a plus
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
