The role
As Director of Product - Platform you will work alongside our team of world class infrastructure and software engineers, as well as our technical leadership, to build the underpinnings of the first causal machine learning platform for supporting enterprise decision making.
You will be pivotal in delivering a cutting-edge, scalable and performant service to our clients- enabling them to solve their trickiest causal challenges they have. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal development.
What you’ll do
We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious Director of Product - Platform to develop the platform layer of our enterprise product decisionOS. You’ll wear many hats, acting as the voice of the customer, having an understanding of the solution architecture, and helping to communicate the changes and updates to the product offering.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Work closely with the leadership team to create and implement causaLens’ product vision.

Communicate with internal and external users to scope and prioritize work items based on business and customer impact, gain a deep understanding of customer experience.

Identify and fill product gaps, solicit and capture new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.

Coordinate tasks with the development team and support marketing/sales teams in the effective commercialisation of our product.

Make decisions on product design and architecture in line with user requirements.
Job Requirements
-
Previous experience product managing a technology platform.
-
An excellent written and verbal communicator with a high level of business acumen
-
Highly capable, detail oriented, energetic, collaborative and personable
-
Naturally curious and effective problem solver

Ideally you should be able to work in London or be able to commute. Candidates outside of London (or the UK) who are interested in relocating will be considered
-
Experience product managing within a high pace start-up.
Nice-to-haves:

Experience building an AI / Machine Learning / Data Science / Data Analytics / Big Data platform product.

Conceptual understanding of concepts in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science.

User experience design skills.

Experience designing platform architectures.
