Bilingual Community Manager (English & Spanish)

What is GiGL?
‘GiGL’ is the video-first mobile job platform making a huge impact among Gen Z job seekers and forward-thinking employers. Having grown a thriving community of users in London, we’re now launching in Miami, in partnership with Sodexo Live! We’re looking for a Spanish speaking Community Manager to join our team, bringing the GiGL experience to a diverse Miami audience.
As the first point of contact for our Miami job seeker community, you’ll be the driving force behind their GiGL experience, going above and beyond to assist them in their search for work.
Working closely with our Head of Engagement, you’ll be responsible for interacting with users on a day-to-day basis, listening to their feedback, and assisting them along their GiGL journey.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Being the first point of contact for our Miami-based job seeking users, helping them apply for jobs on GiGL and ultimately, get hired!
- Providing support where it’s needed and ensuring help requests are met with prompt, friendly and useful interactions
- Creating and posting social media content about community success stories and other GiGL activity
- Update email content to ensure content is relevant and recent
- Working closely with the Head of Engagement to ensure user feedback is properly documented
- We will require you to attend in-person events, in Miami, to help spread the word about GiGL
Ideal Candidate:
- You speak English and Spanish to a professional level
- You’re excited to provide a friendly, personable service, helping our users at every opportunity

- You’re highly organised and can manage an ever evolving to-do list
- You’re a team player. There may be times we need ‘all hands on deck’ to achieve certain goals
- You have a strong understanding of the Gen Z audience

Where will you work?
The majority of your work will be remote, however you will be required to attend in-person events in Miami. Our core team is based in London - you will need to work Miami hours (9-5pm EST).
