    • Proactively identify potential clients and strategic partners by conducting thorough market research, leveraging professional networks, and initiating cold outreach
    • Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business requirements and offering customised solutions
    • Work in synergy with the technical team to develop persuasive proposals and presentations
    • Drive negotiation processes, conduct contract discussions, and successfully conclude business agreements
    • Stay abreast of market fluctuations, activities of competitors, and sector advancements to spot fresh opportunities
    • Assess and document sales performance, offering data-driven insights and suggestions for enhancement
    • Work collaboratively with various teams to guarantee successful project execution and customer satisfaction
    • Contribute actively to the ongoing enhancement of our business development tactics and methodologies


    • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer science, marketing, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of generating new leads and sales opportunities
    • Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong time management and organizational skills

    Initially, compensation will be equity-based. However, there's potential for earning commissions contingent upon the projects you secure.
