    Job Description:

    The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages social media, and community management to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to generate leads
    • Identify corporate donors and submit applications
    • Creating and managing marketing campaigns
    • Managing the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content and executing a social media strategy that increases engagement and drives website traffic
    • Manage social media accounts and create content that aligns with brand guidelines
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media
    • Create and manage the community to foster a positive and engaging environment
    • Identify and engage with key community members and influencers to build relationships and amplify brand messaging
    • Monitor and analyse community metrics to measure engagement and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, community management

     

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, community management
    • Strong marketing and business KPIs to present from previous roles
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
    • Experience with social media management tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Strategic thinker
    • Great multitasking skills
    • Attention to details

    - 28 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays PLUS bonus days at Christmas)

    - We are close between Christmas and NY

    - 9-5.30 office hours with flexibility
