Biznest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in Full-Stack Development, Machine Learning, ChatGPT, etc and technology integrations. As our Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of our customer discovery platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge technologies that will help us deliver an exceptional user experience to our customers. You will be working closely with the company founders and our venture studio to develop innovative solutions that can help our startup achieve our mission: to create a user research platform for product teams to run faster learning cycles, store user insights in one central location and easily validate which ideas to build real customer centric products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve the performance of our platform.
• Build and maintain ChatGPT models to enhance our platform's conversational capabilities.
• Integrate SaaS technologies (when necessary) through APIs to enhance the features and functionalities of our platform.
• Work with the founding team and the design and technical team of our venture studio to identify technical requirements and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of different features into the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform's performance and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Full-Stack Development, Machine Learning, ChatGPT,  Databases, APIs, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Machine Learning, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK or SpaCy.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
