Role: Sales & Growth Manager (full-time)

Salary: £30K-£40K + commission (Full-time)
£1,200-£1,500 (Part-time / 20hours a week)
Who we are:
Code Design Lab Ltd is committed to narrowing the UX design gap between Western and Asian countries. Our team is comprised of individuals from various backgrounds, races, and experiences, with a wide range of expertise spanning from marketing to development, thus promoting a multidisciplinary approach.
We operate two distinct businesses. The first is UX Global Partners, a consultancy specializing in learning design and a UX bootcamp school. Since our establishment in 2019, we have rapidly expanded our services by providing Western-style design consulting to Asian companies operating in Western countries such as the US, Canada, the UK, and various European nations. We cater to a wide range of businesses, from small enterprises to large corporations such as PYON, the biggest supplier for luxury fashion goods.
Our second business is Blossom UX School, a UX bootcamp that has seen over 200 Asian graduates, predominantly from Korea, with a high success rate of 93% in obtaining employment within 180 days. Our all-inclusive UX design course equips them with the necessary skills to secure a job in Western countries. Our graduates have been recruited by renowned global corporations such as Amazon, Microsoft, JP Morgan, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, BMW, as well as various startups across Western countries.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic UX Design Agency&Academy Sales Manager to join our team. As the UX Design Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth by establishing and expanding relationships with clients in need of UX design services. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building a strong client base, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses and organizations in need of UX design services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new projects and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the UX design team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 2 years successful sales experience in an agency or an academy
- Strong network and existing relationships with clients in need of UX design services.
- Deep understanding of UX design principles, processes, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate the value and benefits of UX design to clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
