Our overall purpose within Talent Acquisition is to enable Voi’s success through understanding its talent needs and by attracting & recruiting the right people who will give our business a competitive advantage. The focus of this position will be on our DACH market (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) warehouse and office positions. Are you ready to join the Voiage?
THE VOIAGE
- Driving the recruitment process from start to finish (from kick-off meeting to signing)
- Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and communicating trends in the market
- Direct sourcing for open vacancies and proactively building candidate pipelines
- Updating any recruitment systems/platforms, including the Voi recruitment tracker, ATS and LinkedIn
- Participate in recruitment marketing and/or employer branding activities within their area, with a proactive approach to delivering according to the recruitment forecast
- Managing the communication with candidates and ensuring a good candidate experience at all times
- Participate in relevant activities or projects and support the overall implementation of the TA strategy and development of the TA function across Voi
- Contribute to the development of a strong culture by setting an example as a member of the People & Culture team
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the P&C team, especially HR Business Partners to ensure alignment across Voi
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates
- Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques such as BOOLEAN
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
- Fluent in English and German is a requirement.
- Stakeholder management and good communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ambitious and driven to learn & develop themselves further
- Resilient and thrives in a fast past, international environment
