Role Overview: As the Co-founder & CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, contributing to the growth and sustainability of Illyrium. Collaborating closely with the CEO and co-founders, you will shape financial decisions that directly influence our success. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding our financial operations, fundraising endeavors, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our investment objectives and growth plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, offering insights to optimize resource allocation.
• Establish and uphold financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Manage investor relations, and fundraising initiatives, and foster relationships with potential investors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and drive strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and cryptocurrency market trends to identify opportunities for enhanced returns and risk management.
• Oversee risk assessment and management to ensure the fund's financial security and stability.
• Play a central role in building and mentoring the finance team as the fund expands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) in senior financial leadership, ideally within a fintech, investment, or cryptocurrency environment.
• Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, fundraising, and successful capital-raising efforts.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trends, market dynamics, and financial best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation, contributing to the broader business strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is advantageous).

Opportunity for Transition to Dubai: As Illyrium continues to grow and expand, we are planning to register and base our fund in Dubai. While the initial role is part-time, we are looking for a Co-founder & CFO who is open to relocating to Dubai as part of our future plans.
