Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal and regulatory compliance across all aspects of the fund's operations.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to management on various legal matters.
• Manage contract negotiations, drafting, and review, ensuring all legal agreements align with business objectives.

Opportunity for Transition to Dubai: As Illyrium continues to grow and expand, we are planning to register and base our fund in Dubai. While the initial role is part-time, we are seeking a Head of Legal & Governance who is open to relocating to Dubai as part of our future plans.
