Are you a font-end engineer looking for a side hustle, possibly becoming a co-founder of a startup and with an interest in Proptech?
This is a part-time role with the possibility to moving to full-time.
PRE-REQUISITE
- Mid-level or above role, you will be working closely with the CTO.
- Commit to in-person meetings in Manchester, UK (May consider fully remote for the right candidate)
- Graduate in Design, UI/UI or Computer Science related degree or similar, but need to work autonomously on a client side app.
ABOUT SHEDyt PLATFORM
We are a 'B2B2C White Label' SaaS' initially targeting Property Developers / Asset Managers and their building users. We need somebody to take ownership of the front-end, building up the existing app (there will also be the opportunity to rebuilt it at some point in the future).

SALARY
- £600 per month
- Possibility to aquire options to be discussed with the owner if you are interested in joining us as a co-founder.
CONTRACT
- 3 months
- At least 10 hours per week.
- Freelance outside IR35 or PAYE if preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on the React app following the instructions of the CTO.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- JavaScript
- NodeJS
- React
- Client side state managment notably Redux and Redux-Saga
- Experience with source control in git.

The insight is, property management challenges are growing due to the increasing complexity of buildings and the advent of technology within homes/commercial spaces. The SHEDytr platform enables property developers to create a better experience for their purchasers, allows them to organise documentation and connects their approved suppliers to that building, for its long-term management.
