Duties and Responsibilities: may vary according to the needs of the organisation

1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership alongside other directors and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and long-term objectives.
2. Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the PBSA, Property, and BTR sectors. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
3. Operations Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the decentralized student housing sites, ensuring efficiency, excellence, and adherence to company standards.
4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make informed strategic decisions.
5. Equity Partner: Act as a co-founder, actively participating in the decision-making process and sharing in the company's successes and challenges.
6. Remote Work: Embrace remote work, managing operations and teams across various locations in the UK.
7. Innovation: Encourage and implement innovative solutions and practices that align with the company's decentralization model.
8. Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of key performance indicators and progress toward strategic goals.
