Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Developer to steer our technical vision and lead our development team. You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, driving technological innovation, and creating a robust architecture that scales as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the Hyp Live platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.

• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and development methodologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

• Monitor the health and performance of the system, implementing optimizations and fixes as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
