  • Job Description: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - (Equity-Based Compensation)

    Company Overview: (HPM) is a promising early-stage startup revolutionizing the healthcare industry by leveraging AI technology to create a platform that connects, empowers, and fosters collaboration among health professionals. Our innovative platform enables health professionals to seamlessly connect, communicate, collaborate, and access opportunities such as project resources, job searches, mentorship, sabbaticals/exchange programs, and networking with peers who share similar interests. Over the last 3 years we have built the product and it is ready for deployment at the enterprise level.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an entrepreneurial and passion driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead The CEO will play a pivotal role in securing funding to drive the platform's market acceptance. It is preferable for the CEO to have prior experience selling enterprise SW to hospitals. This role will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Co-founder who is based in the UK. Compensation for this position will be exclusively equity-based, reflecting a shared commitment to the startup's success and growth. However, some cash compensation can be added depending on the funding.


    1. Fundraising Strategy:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure funding from investors, venture capitalists, and other potential sources.

    1. Strategic Leadership:

    Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Co-founder to define and execute the platform's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and growth objectives.

    1. Business Development:

    Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities to enhance the platform's reach and impact. Foster relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry, technology sector, and academia.

    1. Team Leadership and Culture:

    Build and lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

    Provide mentorship and support to team members, enabling them to contribute effectively to the startup's growth.

    1. Financial Management:

    Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure resource allocation aligns with growth objectives. Make strategic financial decisions that drive the startup's expansion and success.

    1. Communication and Branding:

    Represent to investors, partners, the media, and the public, serving as the primary advocate for the company.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies that enhance the company's visibility and impact.


    Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or executive leadership roles within early-stage startups, preferably in the technology or healthcare sector.

    Strong network of potential investors, venture capitalists, and angel investors.

    Visionary thinker with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

    Passion for the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of AI technology.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.


    This is a remote position, with potential travel for investor meetings and networking events.
