Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Benelux, VW UK, Smart Home Charge and other innovative brands.

Your role: Talent Acquisition Executive
As our Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional individuals across multiple disciplines, with some focus on technology-related positions.
Requirements
Source and pipeline candidates for vacancies across our businessStart to collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role. Work on ways to attract top talent, leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, meet up’s and other creative sourcing techniques. Conduct thorough candidate screening, and in-person interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Stay updated on industry trends Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities, to leverage additional talent pools. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Who you are:
Understand full-cycle recruitment, ideally with some experiences in a technology-focused environment Demonstrated success in sourcing and acquiring talent across multiple teams. Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices. Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment initiatives. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Workable and other HR software tools. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
