Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Octopus Energy, Volvo Belux, VW UK , Smart Home Charge and other innovative brands.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Built Environment to join our team.
Requirements
What we want in your first 6 months at Ohme:
Work alongside the Head of Built Environment to develop and implement the sales strategy for built environment market. Targeting Developers, Builders and Housing associations to obtain framework agreements for 2023 and provide best options for home charging in the housing market. Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key customers and their associated stakeholders, moving beyond price to build strategic partnerships Develop a sales pipeline, identify customers Ohme should form a relationship with prospect and convert customers to Ohme Identify new sales opportunities and work to deliver these into the business. Work closely with builder’s merchants & wholesalers to activate clients through this channel. Customer Focus, ensuring Ohme propositions fulfil the needs of B2B customers in this market and their end users. Arrange meetings with housing developers and associated bodies to develop relationships. Communication skills, able to articulate the complexities of smart EV charging / energy Flexibility to Built Environment stakeholders Give presentations to Key accounts, partners and industry about the benefits of Ohme solution. People centric, with experience of leading and developing, passionate, driven, high performing teams Work closely with the wider organization and sales teamWho you are:
