Our Connected Scheduling™ platform connects healthcare organisations and their workforces. From busy hospitals to region-wide ICSs and GP practices, Lantum optimises staffing and reduces time-consuming administrative tasks.

Hybrid working style

With 2 days in the office per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) - you’ll get the best of both worlds with the benefits of home working, complemented with office time for collaboration and maintaining strong face to face relationships. We have our own dedicated vibrant office in a WeWork in the heart of Shoreditch.

About the role

Lantum exists to make healthcare workforces more efficient, saving hours of admin and thousands of pounds in unnecessary costs. As an Activation Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new customers onto the Lantum platform. You will be instigating change in the NHS frontline via a tech-related approach. In this role, you will work with the Secondary Care operations team to onboard new departments at speed and deliver first-class customer experience to all Secondary Care users.

Requirements

Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail is essential; we are looking for someone who maintains precision in all tasks to ensure accuracy in our work.

Excellent Communicator - As you will be communicating with customers frequently we are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication.

Thriving Under Pressure - You excel in high-pressure situations, staying calm, focused, and meeting customer demands as you tackle challenges with resilience and determination.

Process Driven - You are a process-driven individual who can demonstrate past experience following a process to ensure efficiency and consistency in your work.

Rota Management - You may have some knowledge of how rotas are put together or have been exposed to the process of putting a rota together in Secondary Care or in a clinical role.
