Responsibilities:

• Understanding the wider strategic objectives of the business to implement an event program that supports lead generation and brand awareness; contributing to overall revenue generation

• Working closely with the Content Strategist to plan, deliver and run our international B2B events program: end-to-end management of webinars, full execution of the logistics and operations

• Driving marketing-influenced pipeline and generate MQLs

• Supporting the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns

• Maintaining webinar records and contribute to monthly reporting

• Managing multiple webinars with our key strategic partners including comms via newsletters, in-app and chat bot advertising & working with the product marketing and partner managers

• Increasing registrations for and engagement with webinars

• Hosting prep sessions/rehearsals, briefing senior stakeholders on best practice & manage post-event engagement

• Producing live events or recording sessions, quickly solving problems as they arise

• Developing virtual event feedback surveys and post-event reports

• Staying up-to-date on webinar trends and implement changes to improve the quality of our webinars

About you:

• Experience in successfully managing and delivering webinars in response to key business objectives

• Proficiency in HubSpot and experience in multiple webinar hosting platforms

• Strong organisational, and workload prioritisation skills

• Analysis of webinars and reporting and ability to propose improvements to enhance the attendee experience

• A broader knowledge of marketing and keen to learn more about the combined marketing approach
