The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics focussed primarily on generating new business leads for Dext. This is a full-mix marketing role requiring you to have the ability to be both strategic and operational. This role works in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including sales, product marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, brand and content, and regional marketing teams.
The role - what you'll do:
- Develop and execute a year long plan of measurable demand creation campaigns that drive revenue, primarily for new business.
- Work with product marketing to select targets, build campaign themes, determine the tactical mix, design calls to action, and set measurement criteria.
- Define common campaign structure and elements to be used across the business.
- Assume responsibility for highly repeatable demand-related tasks used by all geographies
- Build best practice assets and processes for inclusion in the marketing centre of excellence.
- Interlock with regional field sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
- Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
- Define the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales operations and marketing operations, including lead capture, lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable.
- Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Manage and adhere to budget

Skills Requirements
Essentials
- 10 or more years of B2B demand creation experience.
- Five or more years of B2B digital/inbound marketing, including integrated campaign planning and content strategy.
- Building and managing a shared Demand Waterfall with sales, supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Excellent and creative communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
- History of budget management
Desirables
- Experience of demand generation in a high lead volume tech company.
Knowledge
- Best practice use of marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experienced in proofreading and editing with a good eye for detail
- Can help direct the content and creative required for demand creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to agreed deadlines
