Growth Manager - FinTech at Dext

    We are now seeking a Growth Manager reporting to our VP of Growth. It is a fabulous opportunity to make your mark and join our team in the UK as one of the world's leading FinTech solution providers.


    The role - what you’ll do as a Growth Manager:

    This is an exciting opportunity to grow our “self-serve” Direct to Customer business, by driving cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and customer success. In this key role, you will:

    • Develop the strategy to acquire, convert, and retain customers in a self-serve way - working closely with the head of growth and Business Intelligence
    • Develop an integrated roadmap for growth including marketing, pricing and product initiatives;
    • Scope and execute cross-functional initiatives and experiments working with Marketing, Product;
    • Act as a liaison between departments, align objectives, initiatives and share insights;
    • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, customer behaviour and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making;
    • Work with Finance and BI to develop revenue forecasts and track progress against targets, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team;
    • Propose and execute short and long-term actions based on monthly numbers.

    Skills:

    Experience:

    • Experience in a Growth role, Customer Success or Business development; or prior consulting experience
    • Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company is a plus;
    • Experience in the FinTech and financial services space is a plus.
