Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement training and enhancement programs, strategy, and teams.

• Proactively identify and own strategic initiatives that achieve Deel’s business outcomes.

• Enable your team and Deel to track observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.

• Leverage data and analysis to define, track, and improve milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.

• Act as a business partner to Deel’s senior leadership team on progress against your initiatives and KPIs.

• Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that your teams and their programs meet their ongoing needs.

• Support individual program managers to support the larger strategic vision for your teams.

• Delegate relevant projects to them to deliver and support them through the development.

• Provide feedback and coaching to support their continuous development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Revenue Enablement role or similar.

• 3+ years experience managing people across multiple teams.

• Keen understanding of the Sales and Customer Success audience - minimum. two years experience working in a revenue generating/retaining role.

• Training or a degree in relevant areas such as learning and development.

• Passion for learning and inspiring others to do the same.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Extensive experience with project management and project collaboration tools.

• Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders.

• A clear communicator.

• Reliable and conscientious, with a commitment to delivering the best for your team and the company.

• Can demonstrate creative problem-solving and innovative use of resources and tools.

• Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify problems and find solutions.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them.

• Fast learner, eager to develop yourself and others, with an inclusive mindset.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines.

• Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment.

• Extensive experience working in the fast-paced technology sector.
