About you:
We seek a dynamic Social Media Manager who can seamlessly blend creativity with analytical skills. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our brand’s presence and engagement across various social media platforms. With a knack for creating compelling content and a keen eye for details, you’re adept at delivering impactful social media campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your extensive experience with social media platforms and Adobe Suite, paired with a proactive approach, will drive our social engagement to new heights, contributing significantly to our overarching marketing goals. Your ability to communicate effectively in German, although not mandatory, will be viewed favorably.

Responsibilities:

Manage LinkedIn TikTok, Facebook & Instagram social media accounts

Post content as needed

Create content, ad copy and ad creative

Daily reporting & weekly progress calls with company directors

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in TikTok, Facebook & Instagram

Extensive experience with the Adobe Suite (especially PremirePro, Photoshop & InDesign)

Native German speaker would be an advantage but not required

Experience with Woocommerce and Wordpress (would be an advantage but not required)

Application process:

Exercise: Applicants will complete a practical exercise simulating tasks they’d perform on the job, such as creating a social media content strategy or designing a set of social media graphics.

Cultural Fit Interview: Successful candidates from the exercise stage will be invited for a cultural fit interview with the company directors to ensure alignment with our values and work culture.
