Opportunity Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, business-minded individual to join us as a part-time Business Partner. This role involves collaborating with the Managing Director and Area Managers to shape business strategy and enhance HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business strategy development
• Assist in HR management
• Collaborate with leadership team
• Work on achieving business targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 10-15 hours availability per week
• Strong strategic thinking
• Business acumen
• Team player
• Self-starter mentality
