The Role:

Our engineering team might be small, but it's brimming with expertise in blockchain, peer-to-peer communication, and software development. We're on the lookout for a dynamic engineer, one who's adept at leading teams, yet isn't averse to rolling up their sleeves and diving deep to ensure the company's success. At Neuron, we thrive on exploration and innovation. As a part of our family, you'll often find yourself charting unfamiliar territories, but that's what makes the journey exhilarating.

You'll be collaborating closely with the CEO and our skilled engineering team, spearheading product design, development, and launch. Moreover, structuring the team to actualize our vision will be a crucial part of your role. Who We're Looking For:

Neuron are very excited to be advertising this opportunity, and we are looking for candidates who are able to evidence exceptional ability. This does not mean you had to study at MIT, but an upwards trajectory should be visible from your application. Key things we are looking for include:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 1-year experience in a leadership or management capacity.
• Based in London or open to relocation.
• An analytical mind complemented by excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Stellar communication and teamwork abilities.
• A fervent passion for pioneering futuristic technologies.
• Proven track record in leading and mentoring fellow developers.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Expanding our engineering brigade.
• Steering our product development and anchoring engineering best practices.
• Assisting the team throughout the software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
• Help the team resolving software glitches and challenges.
• Synchronizing with fellow co-founders on business strategies.
• Imparting technical guidance to our developer team.
