Job Brief:
We seek a commission only high-performing Sales focussed Co-founder with a proven track record in selling digital marketing services, and digital media, specifically in the pet products industry, software applications, and legal services sectors (desirable industries but not essential). Your role will be pivotal in scaling our agency, helping to build and leading a robust sales team including designing lucrative commission structures, and equity options for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring a commission only driven and high performing sales team.
- Spearhead our sales strategy, targeting annual revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs to tailor our approach.
- Drive the sales cycle from plan to close, leveraging your experience in digital media agencies or as a founder.
- Foster a collaborative environment, inspiring your team to exceed their targets, with an eye on both personal and collective achievements.
- Translate the agency’s vision into compelling narratives, weaving the story of our clients’ innovations into every pitch and presentation.
Requirements:
- Seasoned sales strategist with a history of meeting or exceeding targets in digital marketing services and digital media.
- Existing client relationships and networks.
- Background in founding or scaling a digital media agency.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in team-building and performance management.
- Creative problem-solver, adept in market trend analysis and positioning our services against competitors.
