Job Description:
Join our innovative team as the Growth/UA/Performance Marketing Lead, where you will spearhead the strategic growth initiatives for our growing regional card games portfolio. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you'll craft and execute comprehensive user acquisition and performance marketing strategies to drive the success of our games.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies to enhance player acquisition and engagement.
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve target KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and game launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and player behavior to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in the mobile game industry, with a successful track record in user acquisition and performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile marketing channels, analytics, and user behavior.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be entirely performance-based. We offer a competitive 30% revenue share on net earnings, capped at £60K annually and an equity component aligning your success with the long-term growth and success of the company.
