The Role
Pearl Lemon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pinterest Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the Pinterest Manager, you will be responsible for driving our Pinterest strategy and expanding our brand presence on the platform. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute innovative campaigns that elevate our brand and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of Pinterest's best practices and trends.
POSSIBLE responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content for Pinterest that resonates with our target audience.
- Optimize and manage our Pinterest profile, including the creation and curation of boards, pins, and descriptions to maximize visibility and reach.
- Conduct regular analysis and utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve the performance of Pinterest campaigns.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes on the Pinterest platform, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling visual content specifically tailored for Pinterest.
- Implement effective keyword strategies and SEO techniques to improve the discoverability of our content on Pinterest.
- Monitor and engage with the Pinterest community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity and message across all platforms.
- Track and report key performance metrics and present regular performance reports to the management team.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Pinterest accounts and implementing successful Pinterest marketing strategies.
- A strong understanding of Pinterest analytics and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in using various analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
