Objective of the role: |
We are currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth story. Collaborating closely with the CEO and Head of Partnerships, as well as the Product and Development teams, you will play a crucial role in helping build our AI & Automation platform – Niico.
This is a hands-on roll. As a tech start-up you will be required to work on the strategy as well as roll your sleeves up to deliver the plan. This provides fantastic opportunity to grow as the organisation matures.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Niico, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our Intelligent Automation product line. You will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy, conducting market research, and collaborating with the partner teams to successfully position Niico in winning new clients. Location |
Niico supports hybrid working from the UK. Our Office is in London, and there is an expectation that the team come together twice a month for meetings and team building. Client engagements can be UK-wide and are usually a combination of on-site and remote as needed. |
Responsibilities: Market Analysis: · Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Go-to-Market Strategy: · Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Define target customer segments and create compelling value propositions. Messaging and Positioning: · Craft clear and compelling messaging for Niico's products. Develop and maintain product positioning that differentiates Niico from competitors in the market. Collateral Development: · Create and manage the production of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, product documentation, and other materials to support the sales team and customer engagement. Sales Enablement: · Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate the value of Niico's products. Campaign Management: · Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact. Customer Advocacy: · Identify and cultivate customer advocates. Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to build credibility and trust in the market. Work with customer success team to hold regular events online and in person.
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). · Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on technology. · Proven experience in supporting the sales team in generating quality leads in a target driven environment. · Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging. · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. · Experience with market research and analysis tools. · Experience in the B2B software industry is highly desirable. · Stay up to date with industry trends: Demonstrated commitment to staying current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in the field of intelligent automation. Actively engage in continuous learning, attending industry conferences, webinars, and workshops to expand knowledge and expertise. |
