Join our dynamic team and take the helm as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead! In this key leadership position, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing our SDR team, shaping the future of pipeline creation. We're seeking an inspirational individual who not only leads by example but actively engages in the field, making direct contributions to pipeline creation through hands-on prospecting.
What you'll do:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead by example, actively engaging in prospecting and calls.
- Manage and mentor the growing SDR team, instilling a mindset geared towards effective outreach beyond cold calls.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and mindset of the SDR team.
- Demonstrate superb organisational skills and consistent delivery in all aspects of SDR leadership.
- Be involved in recruiting efforts to expand and strengthen the SDR team.
Performance Monitoring and Strategy:
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of team performance.
- Develop and execute a robust pipeline-building strategy to drive ARR growth.
- Proven experience in SDR leadership or similar roles.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading by example.
- Demonstrated success in directly contributing to pipeline creation through prospecting and calls.
- Training and development experience, fostering a growth mindset within a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills and consistent delivery.
- Familiarity with sales performance monitoring and implementing improvement strategies.
