About Skin Analytics

Skin Analytics is a multiple award winning digital health company that has launched the world’s first AI supported Skin Cancer pathway for a faster skin cancer diagnosis. Our flagship product, DERM AI, can be used from a smartphone in hospitals to significantly reduce waiting lists, by nurses in primary care to find more cancer, and by patients directly in their home.

We want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.

We are one of the only companies in the world to have implemented diagnostic AI in leading hospitals in the UK and with 2 of the largest private providers such as Bupa & Vitality.

We are investing in our Clinical function to manage our ongoing and future studies. We are looking for an accomplished Medical Biostatistician who is comfortable with challenging the status quo in healthcare practices.

The role

We are looking for a motivated BD manager to join our team. The role requires a consultative approach to scaling Skin Analytics’ innovations across the NHS. In the UK, we are the first organisation to have successfully implemented AI in skin cancer pathways, helping the NHS maximise its resources and reduce waiting times.

As part of our BD team, you will also work closely with our Partnerships team and Product Team to share insights to help steer our technology's future development. You will report to our Business Development Director, Rachael, who has been a driving force in our commercial success.

You will be responsible for:

1. Working with potential customers to understand their needs, and to position us for success

2. Managing your territory and staying up to date with the latest news & innovation in UK Healthcare.

3. Proactively building long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in the NHS

4. Owning the sales cycle from initial reach out, to contract signature.

5. Helping to develop strategies to leverage local and national conversations around dermatology.

In this role, you will learn how a VC-backed business is growing rapidly and revolutionising the diagnostic pathway for skin cancer.

As a team member, you will have the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge from intelligent colleagues and an inspiring manager. You'll gain insight into what's needed from a commercial perspective to improve skin cancer services for the NHS (and in the future internationally).
