    Year 1 Compensation: OTE: £90-110K

    1. £50-70K base
    2. £40K commission (20% commission, target sales of £200K)

    Year 2 Compensation: OTE: £130-160K

    1. £50-80K base
    2. £80K commission (20% commission, target sales of £400K).

    Option of shares upon hitting sales targets.

    About the role

    As the Lead Sales for the Higher Education and PBSA sectors, you will spearhead our sales efforts to source and close deals in this vertical. Your responsibilities will include.

    1. Driving sales growth in the PBSA and University sectors.
    2. Generating leads via cold emails and cold calling.
    3. Attending industry conferences and networking events in the UK and Europe.
    4. Creating proposals, working on RFPs and closing deals.
    5. Creating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn. Parcel Tracker is heavily investing in content-based marketing, building a production team and new processes.
    6. This role could be the stepping stone into a Head of Sales or Chief Revenue Officer role at Parcel Tracker.




    Requirements


    About you

    Parcel Tracker is a small company with a high density of heavy hitters; it takes a particular type of person to fit in;

    You're experienced in:

    1. Either:
    2. Senior position in PBSA/HE with a desire to move into sales, or
    3. Senior experience in Proptech SaaS sales
    4. Working with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce and general sales stack
    5. Mastery of the consultative sales process and GAP selling
    6. Sourcing leads independently
    7. Cold callings and cold outreach
    8. Networking at conferences and turning conversations into sales
    9. Applying to RFPs, pitching and creating custom client quotes
    10. In creating sales strategies and executing on them



    Resources you'll have:
