About the Role                                

As a member of the team, your main responsibilities will be to:


Product Strategy and Vision:

  1. Craft a SaaS B2B and B2C – centred products aligned with our ambitious product vision and strategy.
  2. Use market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
  3. Prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals.


Product Planning and Roadmap:

  1. Working closely with Head of Product develop clear roadmaps with varying fidelity.
  2. Develop roadmaps that align with the product vision and business strategy.    
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define clear product requirements.
  4. Collaborate with design and engineering for timely product delivery, balancing scope and quality.


Product Development and Execution:                                     

  1. Oversee the product development process, from conception to launch.
  2. Promote agile practices for efficient product development.
  3. Evaluate product quality, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations.
  4. Work closely with engineers to ensure user stories and details are of a high standard.


Stakeholder Management:                         

  1. Understand user needs externally both in B2B and B2C settings.
  2. Work closely with everyone when required – such as marketing, industry panels, sales and client operations.
  3. Build relationships with external stakeholders for feedback and validation.                                                


Product Performance and Optimization:                                                                                   

  1. Monitor metrics and feedback for product improvement opportunities.
  2. Lead product updates based on data and customer input.
  3. Partner with marketing and sales for optimal product positioning.



About You

We expect you to have

  1. Proven experience with SaaS software products in a B2C context.
  2. Demonstrated ability to launch competitive products.
  3. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills with an ability to cater to diverse audiences.
  5. Customer-first mindset with a drive for creating outstanding user experiences.
  6. Knowledge of agile development and product management best practices.
