    We exist to create effective, smart and sustainable long-term growth for our clients, by working with them to understand their business goals and ensure their site and online activity is working for them efficiently and driving the outcomes they are searching for.

    We specialise in SEO and are close to adding Conversion Rate Optimisation to our offering, so are searching for our next team member to come on board and head up day-to-day operations and execution.

    This will be an equity-based/co-founder position so that this person really benefits from the growth they drive in the business and can to some extent dictate their own earning potential. So we're looking for someone that wants to build something for themselves!


    We are actively seeking an Chief of Staff / Co-Founder whose primary role will be driving business growth and new client acquisition. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in our agency's expansion.

    You will be a strategist and a doer, executing the day-to-day output of the business.

    Your role will require excellent communication and operational skills. The ability to communicate the value of our services and to secure business agreements will be integral to your role.

    This will be a broad role, so the successful person will need to be ok diving into new areas, learning and executing. Your role will be critical in setting the strategy, driving its growth, and mapping its future progression.

    It's a newly created leadership role that will focus on driving operational efficiency, strategic planning, and managing and improving processes across all core functions within the business. It is a high agency position with a clear path to Managing Director.


    We are looking to hire an operational Chief of Staff / Co-Founder to join our early-stage SEO/CRO agency.

    Your roles and responsibilities will include:

    1. Implement and lead strategic goals and oversee daily business operations.
    2. Drive the implementation and delivery of company OKRs.
    3. Lead core business processes for service delivery, communications, business development, marketing etc.
    4. Drive weekly objectives and outcomes across business areas
    5. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and support on various business matters.
    6. Drive business development, growth, marketing and partnership activities to scale in a lean and profitable manner
    7. Monitor service delivery and client communications to ensure retention
    8. Represent the company externally where necessary (client meetings, network, marketing)
    9. Execute our inbound/outbound strategies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
    10. Coordinate with the Heads of SEO/CRO to ensure effective service delivery and client comms.
    11. Work with teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with new and existing clients
    12. Develop and manage sales pipeline, constantly tracking the process of prospective clients through the sales lifecycle.
    13. Look for and advise on new areas of business and opportunities for business growth.
    14. Providing thought-leadership to position the company as domain experts.


    1. Proven track record in operations and evidence of exceptional performance, preferably in the agency/marketing domain
    2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    3. An understanding of SEO/CRO and industry trends would be useful though not a non-negotiable
    4. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with the ability to influence at all levels
    5. Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    6. Excellent organisational and strategic planning skills.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    8. Ability to build out operations, systems and processes from zero where necessary
    9. A quick learner willing to dive into new projects and areas
    10. A doer - this is not just a leadership position.
