  • What the job involves

    1. Playing a key role in our US expansion into Miami /New York. Predominantly UK-based (working EST - 1-10pm) but with regular travel opportunities.
    2. You'll be in the team selling our 2x advisory products. With Transition to Portfolio being the main one (https://www.connectd.com/advisors)
    3. Effective closing: You will lead prospects through the full sales cycle to close (360 appraoch)
    4. Diligent listening - Highly effective listener and able to pivot deftly to position the range of Connectd services to different client types.
    5. Intellectually curious - Studious approach to their specialism, keeping abreast of developments with the executive space and speaking confidently around someone's career and future ambitions
    6. Passion and desire to work hard in order to make a real change in the early stage business ecosystem
    7. Huge opportunity to grow within a new team in the business / uncapped commission structure.


    Who you are

    1. Ideally 1-3 years sales experience in outbound based role as an SDR, AE or other telesales based role


    Desirable

    1. Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent (e.g. recruitment, b2b/b2c sales).
    2. Previous experience selling subscription based products or career led programmes
    3. Enjoyment of spending time with prospects and motivated by financial rewards and career progression at a fast moving, hyper growth startup
