Senior Digital Marketer

We're a rapidly growing technology company, with a small, close knit team, and we're on a mission to transform the car care landscape. We're already leading the UK market, and we have massive plans for the future. So, we are looking for someone on the hunt for a new challenge to join our team and help take Wash Doctors to the next level.

We currently operate in the UK, regularly serving over 30,000 customers, and we're growing fast - and that's about to get even faster. Having just taken on a significant new investment, we want to expand our team to grow the size of the business at least another 3x over the next 24 months. To help us get there, we need an expert marketer to join us on the journey and ensure that our brand is known far and wide.

Job Summary: As the inaugural specialist in our rapidly expanding business, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to spearhead our digital marketing strategy. This role demands a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will develop, deploy, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts, managing the entire lifecycle from planning to analysis. Additionally, as the company grows, you will be expected to build and lead a team of digital marketers.

While this is a remote-first role, we are looking for someone that is able to regularly meet with the team on a monthly basis within the Manchester / Liverpool area of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess the current brand landscape and articulate a comprehensive growth marketing plan.
  2. Identify key touchpoints, funnels, and KPIs, setting measurable objectives for digital campaigns.
  3. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across new and existing channels, in line with Wash Doctors’ brand guidelines. Analyze performance and replicate successful strategies.
  4. Generate innovative content ideas and collaborate with teams to produce marketing assets.
  5. Transform customer insights into compelling campaigns and strategies.
  6. Utilize performance data to make informed decisions and communicate findings clearly across teams.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of the brand and customer personas to effectively align marketing strategies.

What we're looking for:

  1. Proven experience in growth marketing within B2B or B2C environments (both preferred).
  2. Extensive experience with digital marketing and analytics platforms, and common marketing tools (e.g., Meta ads, Canva, Mixpanel, Mailchimp).
  3. Ability to create content for website landing pages, email campaigns, and other creative assets (e.g., social media ads).
  4. Skilled in data analysis, using marketing, product, and/or customer data.
  5. Strong sense of visual design with the ability to communicate brand through design.
  6. Understanding of short-form video content as a medium.
  7. Basic knowledge of SEO.
  8. Proficiency with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  9. Creative mindset with a talent for storytelling.
  10. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who is idea-driven, strategic, and able to seamlessly integrate into a remote team, working with a high degree of autonomy.
