    We are TSSRCT, a young startup that is transforming real estate investing, we are solving the problem of liquidity & democratising access to the £79 trillion prime real estate investing market. We’re levelling the playing field for individual investors, empowering them to invest in prime real estate like sophisticated institutions & high net worth individuals, affordably and with ease.

    Our vision for the future of real estate investing is one where anyone, regardless of geographic location, can invest in real estate from the ground up regardless of socio-economic background, painlessly, and have access to liquidity when they wish to exit. One where a customer can reside in Malaysia and effortlessly invest in a specific property in New York or London or Paris, earning rental income and long-term capital appreciation. One where you can invest with 3-clicks and earn rental income. One which has liquidity like the stock market, allowing you sell your investments without any stress or time limitation. 

    You will be working with a co-founder who was former TPG Angelo Gordon real estate investing team, a legal co-founder with experience in crypto and corporate law and a technical co-founder who has blockchain experience. We all have significant experience in our fields, and we design and build everything in-house.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the early team, solve problems, create real impact with great potential for career growth and to develop as future leader. 

    We started working on our product since May 2024, and have building our MVP - launching August. The next steps in our journey involve building further platform capabilities and expanding our offering and services to retail investing community.

    As part of this growth, we want to partner with a Head of Marketing who believes in our vision, can define a strategy for it, and will deliver it. We’re looking for someone who wants to drive change by thinking big, but also by executing brilliantly. We take pride in our work and in making the best possible product, and we're looking for someone with a similar mindset.

    Your remit, among other things, will be to:

    1. Define T’SSRCTs marketing strategy, both short and mid-term
    2. Develop marketing campaigns that are in line with our ethos and ambitions
    3. Own user acquisition
    4. Grow and nurture our user community on various social media platforms and other channels
    5. Own the production of engaging content for our social media channels (including video)
    6. Establish and develop key partnerships with other brands and influential entities within the real estate/fintech/Web3 space
    7. Own the delivery of thought leadership content that aligns with our mission
    8. Collate intelligence about our users' behaviour and acquisition channels.

    Must have

    1. Experience in B2C marketing channels
    2. Experience managing marketing campaigns (including social media) from concept to execution.
    3. Able and willing to execute. As we're a small startup, this role will be responsible for both defining and implementing the concept, at least until we get funding and can delegate some of the execution.
    4. Great storytelling skills and ability to build a narrative for a company’s vision
    5. Able and willing to work in hybrid and asynchronously
    6. Analytics experience (Google Analytics a plus)
    7. Good written and verbal communication skills

    Nice to have, but not required

    1. Previous experience or personal interest in the Real Estate/Fintech/Web3 industry

    Trial period

    We’re looking for someone willing to undertake a trial period - with agreed-upon timelines and objectives - before we discuss the equity portion of their role.

    As we're a young, self-funded startup, we are looking for someone willing to take on this as a side project against equity. Securing funding is still ahead of us, and at that stage, this will be a permanent leadership role within the company.
