Why you will love working here
Flexible Work:
Officely was founded on a single truth. The happiest and most productive employees are those that have the autonomy and flexibility to choose where and when they work. Everything we do at Officely is to promote that way of working and to ensure that way of working for our employees.
Autonomous Work:
We believe that the best management strategy is to hire smart people and then get out of their way. So we are looking for people who thrive on being autonomous and working without much structure.
Calm not Crazy:
Everyone has that friend who is always ‘crazy at work’. We don’t want crazy. We want calm. You’re not going to find that key insight or breakthrough idea north of the 14th hour in the day. Creativity, progress, and impact do not yield to brute force. They yield to a calm, unstressed mind.Working at a flexible workplace that focuses on outputs rather than inputs requires a lot of drive and energy. If you are the type of person that needs a lot of guidance, motivation and handholding please don't apply.
