Convero.ai is a real time coach to help neurodiverse teams to effectively communicate at work. Convero targets 4 key challanges neurodiverse teams face at work. It helps managers and team members to effectively set and meet role expectations and avoid conflict.
Convero is looking for a Psychologist or a DE&I profesional who would like to develop and test AI technology to support neurodivergemt enployees.
The Co-Founder is expected to be instrumental force in MVP development and fundraising.
The Co-Founder role is equity based, salary will be available after funding.
