Are you a commercially minded individual with a passion for driving business growth? We're seeking a dynamic Commercial/Marketing Lead to join our innovative virtual tours startup. As a co-founder, you'll complement our team's strong technical expertise with your strategic acumen in sales and marketing. Your role will involve generating leads, driving sales, and crafting strategies to propel our business forward. If you're entrepreneurial, results-driven, and eager to be at the forefront of a growing industry, we'd love to hear from you. As an early stage start up, we can't offer a start up, but would love for the right candidate to take equal share of equity along the existing two co-founders. We are working on this part time (mostly in the evenings and spending time brain storming how to grow the business). Here's what we think your responsibilities will include but we are open for you to lead the way and tell US what you think and how you think we should grow the business:

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, identifying and closing deals.
• Create and implement effective lead-generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's go-to-market strategy.

It would be great if you have:

• Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
