Job Summary:

DiffeRent Design is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to drive our innovative solutions and services for the rental market. We need a passionate individual who thrives on social media, believes in fair and quality rentals, and is ready to put in the work for long-term brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to create and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. 

- Analyse market trends, develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote our unique offerings and innovative solutions.

- Produce high-quality, compelling content for social media, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and strategic objectives.

- Constantly develop and improve social media engagement through the analysis of metrics and customer feedback

- Evaluate social media performance and create comprehensive reports to demonstrate the output of marketing efforts. 

Qualifications:

- Solid background in social media marketing with proven experience in growing accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

- Strong understanding of the property and design industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.

- Persistence, positive attitude, and a learning mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Start-up or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
