Your Role
As a Business Development Representative at Axe, you will be a key player in driving our growth. You'll identify and engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships and generating new business opportunities. Your goal will be to connect prospects with our solutions, ensuring they see the value in what Axe has to offer.
You Will
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
- Conduct initial meetings and demos to understand the client’s needs
- Collaborate with the team to refine and improve our outreach strategies
- Track and manage all activities in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting or in office.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales software (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo)
Nice to have
- Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions
- Previous experience in a remote role
- Additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
