Role Overview:

As our Technical Co-Founder, you’ll be the driving force behind the technology that powers our vision. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the product from day one, build the tech stack from the ground up, and iterate rapidly as we move from concept to MVP. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to co-create something new and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy for our product, making critical decisions about architecture and technology that will set us up for success.
• Hands-On Development: Roll up your sleeves and code both the front-end and back-end systems. You’ll be building the MVP, and beyond.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to translate our ideas into a working product, constantly refining features and functionality based on user feedback.
• Startup Mindset: Embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of a brand-new startup. Be ready to pivot, iterate, and innovate as we discover what works.
• Future Team Building: While you’ll start as a one-person tech team, you’ll also play a key role in hiring and leading developers as we grow.
• Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, finding creative and efficient solutions to technical problems as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Full-Stack Expertise: Proven experience with both front-end and back-end development. Familiarity with languages and frameworks like JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar.
• Startup Experience: Ideally, you’ve been part of an early-stage startup before, and you know what it takes to bring a product to life with limited resources.
• Product Development: Strong sense of product ownership with an understanding of what makes a great user experience.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and setting up a development pipeline is a plus.
• Agility: Comfortable with rapid iteration, making quick decisions, and wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to the founding team and potential investors.
