We're a new, ambitious Microsoft Partnership Agency on the cusp of securing funding. Our focus is on delivering cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies to businesses, helping them harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive growth and innovation 

The Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary Technical Co-Founder to join our team and lead our technological strategy. You don’t have to have experience in AI as its so new, but you will need to have experience in any of the following areas technical consulting, development, business applications, delivery, project management, infrastructure and networking, technical training and enablement, Data and Analytics, IOT, etc

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of AI implementation for businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the technical direction of our agency, focusing on Microsoft AI technologies
• Develop and execute strategies for implementing AI solutions for our clients
• Build and lead a team of technical experts as we grow
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align technical capabilities with market demands
• Represent the company's technical expertise in client meetings and industry events

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Access to London once a week. 
• Extensive experience with Microsoft, spanning SMB or Enterprise Levels
• General exposure and knowledge of Microsoft's AI offerings, including Azure AI and Copilot
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor technical teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build a company from the ground up

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies 
• Microsoft certifications - and proven microsoft expertise
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
