About the Role

What you will do:

1. Drive business value and customer value delivery
2. Conduct business analysis for ambiguous business problems and needs
3. Analysis business needs, business cases, and business problems
4. Gathering business requirements
5. Design business process flow - As-Is and To-Be process flow
6. Conduct stakeholder analysis, stakeholder
7. management, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, senior management, other business areas, partners
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
4. Interested within business and tech
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
